Argentina gave a fearsome show of attacking strength as they swept aside Serbia and Montenegro 6-0 in Gelsenkirchen on Friday, 16 June 2006.

Lionel MESSI: I'm happy to have made my (FIFA World Cup) debut, and, of course, because I scored. However, I want to remember the team’s performance, which was very good.
